Lulu's House of Treats is a remarkable family-owned mobile luxury snack cart in San Francisco, owned and operated by a talented Black female entrepreneur Kayla Smith. The inspiration behind Lulu’s is my 2-year-old daughter, Allura. With a passion for empowering young people and transitional-aged youth, Lulu strives to provide them with opportunities to start their own small businesses.
